NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE: FIG) announced that it has rescheduled the release of its Third Quarter 2012 results and dividend announcement due to the closure of the U.S. equity markets and the uncertainty of conditions that may develop through mid-week as a result of Hurricane Sandy.

Fortress will announce its Third Quarter 2012 results and dividend on Friday, November 2 at approximately 7:00 A.M. Eastern Time. Management will host a conference call on November 2, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Fortress had previously scheduled its earnings release and conference call for Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

A copy of the press release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of Fortress’s website, www.fortress.com on the morning of November 2, 2012.
