New York – Fortress Investment Group today announced that funds managed by its affiliates jointly led a $550 million financing facility to support the business combination of The Real Brokerage Inc. and RE/MAX Holdings, Inc.
The transaction, which closed on August 24, 2026, created Real REMAX Group, a leading technology-enabled global real estate platform spanning brokerage, franchising and ancillary services.
