LOS ANGELES, CA – Spreo Capital today announced the launch of Spreo Capital Investment Fund, a newly formed alternative investment management vehicle focused on expanding the availability of Real Estate Transition Loans (RTLs) for experienced Sponsors with strong track records in select markets throughout the United States.
Spreo Capital Investment Fund concurrently announces a forward flow agreement with funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group (“Fortress”) to acquire up to $750 million of loans originated by Spreo Capital in the coming years. The agreement with Fortress amplifies Spreo Capital’s funding capacity from internally sourced capital, enhancing its ability to serve more customers with flexible and creative capital solutions.
