Fortress Announces Employee Student Debt Relief Program

As part of our ongoing efforts to attract and retain the most exceptional individuals across all socioeconomic backgrounds, Fortress is pleased to launch its Contribution Plan for Employee Student Debt.  Under the plan, which is fully funded by Fortress, eligible employees who enroll will receive funds toward repayment of their student loans on a tax-advantaged basis.  Fortress is proud to assist its employees in relieving the burden of student debt and in financing their continuing education; the Contribution Plan for Employee Student Debt supplements our longstanding tuition assistance program.
