New York – February 12, 2026 – Fortress Investment Group today announced that funds managed by its affiliates (“Fortress”) have provided a $112 million senior secured credit facility to Hollywood Feed.
Fortress served as agent, sole arranger and sole lender on the facility, which will support Hollywood Feed’s ongoing growth as one of the USA’s largest independent retailers of high-quality pet products.
Hollywood Feed is a Memphis-based company focused on premium, natural, and holistic products for dogs and cats, offering a curated assortment of USA-made products, and food, treats, chews, and toys. Founded in 2006, the company is today a leading pet supplies retail brand with both online sales serving every US state, and 175 stores in 19 states. Hollywood Feed staff are trained through the Hollywood Feed University, and the company has maintained a strong commitment to supporting local rescues and shelters.
