Travis Polk

Global Co-Head of Corporate Strategy

Travis Polk is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Corporate Strategy, based in Dallas.

Mr. Polk joined Fortress in 2023 in the strategy role, with a focus on organic and inorganic business and product builds, and on growing Fortress’s suite of capital solutions for investors and institutions. Before joining Fortress, he worked for six years at Sixth Street, a multi-asset class investment manager, where he co-led the Strategy & Planning Group, focusing on new platform buildouts, corporate development, as well as financial planning and capital market activity. Prior to Sixth Street, he served as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan within its Mergers & Acquisitions practice, and began his career in KPMG’s Transaction Services Advisory group.

Mr. Polk holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University, and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
