Kenneth Pierce is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Insurance Solutions, focused on structuring and managing assets tailored to the needs of insurance company investors, and the establishment and management of reinsurance platforms focused on asset-intensive insurance liabilities.

Mr. Pierce has over 30 years of experience as an insurance and reinsurance executive, investment banker and lawyer.  He has served as CEO of a Bermuda domiciled reinsurer, head of private asset structuring at a major life insurer, and as global head of the insurance practice at a major law firm.  He has led negotiation, structuring and execution on numerous reinsurance and structured finance transactions, aggregating to many billions of dollars, in both the life & annuity and property & casualty industries.

Mr. Pierce received his A.B. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
