Repurchase Process
Note that FPL is not available to members of the public, and no offering is being made or should be inferred. Please ensure that you carefully review the tender offer materials, including the Offer to Purchase, with respect to information on the tender offer.

Complete all sections of the form including the signature and date portion. If you invest in FPL through your financial intermediary, please consult with your financial intermediary before submitting your tender request.
Custodial held accounts will require forms submitted through the corresponding custodian.
