Bloomberg TV interview with Fortress’s Co-Heads of Real Estate, live from Fortress's 2025 Real Estate Conference

In a TV interview with Lisa Abramowicz on Bloomberg News's The Close live from Fortress’s 2025 Real Estate Conference in Los Angeles, Joshua Pack, Fortress Co-CEO, Managing Partner and Co-Head of Real Estate, and Tim Sloan, Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Real Estate, discussed the outlook for the commercial and residential real estate markets and where Fortress is finding opportunities.

“In the commercial real estate world over the next four years, there's $4.5 trillion of loans that are going to be maturing, and they've got to find a home,” said Tim during the interview.

“There’s a large trend towards private credit taking market share away from the commercial banking system, and we've seen that in a number of different products - whether that's real estate, private credit, forward flows, or consumer finance,” added Josh. “And at the same time, we're seeing lots of opportunity in Europe. We're seeing a great continuation of investing in our Japan franchise. We're pretty active all over the world right now.”
